Word Document Data Entry Templates Description

We have made our member forms available as data entry templates used by Microsoft Word. This capability is convenient for organizations that may handle the data entry tasks of members on a frequent basis.

To use these forms just download them from our site, extract them from the zip file and copy them to the 'template' folder of your installed Microsoft Word application or Microsoft Office suite. Please note that each user of your computer system can have a separate template folder as part of their user configuration. If you have multiple users for a computer system then you may want to place a copy in each user's template folder. The templates will now be available along with your other Word templates.

To Use These Data Entry Templates:

From the Word menus Select File and then New...
This should provide you with your available selection of templates
Select the desired Member Form to use
Tab between fields as you fill out the form
When completed you can save the completed form to the folder
and filename of your choice for your record keeping needs
The completed form can also be printed
